How it works
 
1. Reserve your portrait
By purchasing this product you are reserving your slot and guaranteeing a place in my commissioning schedule.
 
2. Receive your Pocket Puppy form
After checkout you will receive a google form to your email address, there you can choose frame shape and colour, background and lead colours, and upload pictures of your pet.
 
3. Send your details within 3-5 days
To keep your portrait on its timeline, please share your info with me within 3-5 days of purchase. Please note that to keep my commissioning schedule running smoothly, if I don't receive your form within 7 days your payment will be automatically refunded and the slot will be reopened. A gentle reminder will be sent before this happens.
 
4. I begin your cute custom piece!
Once your form is in, I'll send you a follow up email confirming your time frame and start bringing your painting to life! Current lead time is approximately 1-2 weeks. 
 
When your painting is completed it will be carefully packaged, with a certificate of authenticity and sent via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked. You will receive a tracking number to your email address.
